1. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with Jellyflow. By placing an order, you agree to the content of these conditions. Any deviations from these conditions can only be agreed in writing and with mutual consent.

2. Product Information and Availability

We do our utmost to display the product information on our website as accurately as possible. Despite our care, there may be small differences in the colour or shape of the products. If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution, such as a replacement product or a full refund.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices on our website include VAT and are stated in euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices and information due to typographical errors, technical failures or price changes by suppliers. Payment can be made via the available payment methods on our website, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other locally available options.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

We currently ship to Italy and all countries within the European Union. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as postal delays.

5. Right of withdrawal (Right of return)

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason. During this cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this via info @jellyflow .nl . You must then return the product at your own expense within 14 days after withdrawal.

After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as opened and used items.

6. Warranty and Complaints

We strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. If, despite this, something is wrong with a product, you can claim the legal guarantee. This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations that you may have of it. If a product is defective, we will take it back and offer a replacement or a full refund.

If you have a complaint, you can report it to us in writing or by e-mail via info @jellyflow .nl . We strive to offer a suitable solution within 14 days.

7. Liability

Jellyflow is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profit, etc., unless this damage is due to intent or gross negligence on our part. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order in question.

9. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes with Jellyflow are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law.

Jellyflow reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will always be available on our website. We recommend that you check them regularly.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances, which make the execution of an agreement impossible, Jellyflow has the right to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention. We will inform you about this in a timely manner and look for a suitable solution.
