- Informations required: Please provide the complete list, number of commands, email used for commands, information about the original photo and video of the articles regarding the problem concerning an article defect.
4. Articles defective or defective
- Articles defective: If the article is defective upon arrival or defective during the 30 days of the delivery, the treatment will be complete and the return will be free of charge.
- Articles by the way: Since the command was completed during transport and the recovery process was completed within 30 days of the command, the article was published during the integral part.
5. Free return
